Consistent Claim Services

Based out of Colorado, we are licensed and available to handle any insurance property loss related work you may have need of us on, but we don’t limit ourselves to just Colorado. For services such as appraisal and umpiring, there isn’t any barrier to prevent us from immediately addressing needs for those services in a given state. For Adjusting and Consulting services, it may take 2-3 weeks to get licensing, bonding, and insurances set up for operations in that state, so notice and significant work are often factors.

Our Tenets…

1. Be Consistent

The majority of stress with any client lies within their concern about the quality of work product they are contracting to receive. Our clients should always feel comfortable in knowing that, when they hire us, their experience will always be a consistently excellent one. They will know that we are always pushing forward with our tasks, always available to provide updates or discuss concerns (as appropriate for the role we are hired for), and that we will never abuse the trust and faith they’ve placed in us.

2. Set Honest Expectations

By setting clear expectations from the start of any project, parties are able to plan accordingly and proceed based on the realities of a given process. We will provide reasonable expectations of how long processes typically last, thoughts on cost ranges, explain what each process involves, and we will walk through contingencies which may also affect each process.

3. Be Objective

Objectivity allows either side to easily support their position based on data instead of digging their heels in due to emotion. This mindset often allows for a resolution environment that both swift and just for both parties.

4. Be Available

Losses are often stress-inducing, frustrating, and full of uncertainties. Whether it be a simple question regarding a concern or a desire for an update on progress, it is our experience that a prompt response can go miles toward easing a client’s mind. We are here to make life a little easier for whoever should be in need.

5. Be Thorough

When we are brought on to a loss our focus is to capture the full value of the loss but also to ensure that if we are noting damages, we are providing plentiful photos and data to confirm the damage. Further, we do not want the insurer to pay more than what is reasonably owed and this means that we try to calculate the most efficient methodologies to address damages noted on a loss.

6. Be Professional

Processes aren’t personal, but they should be professional. We don’t take offense by anything that occurs in the process of a project we are working on because it’s just part of the job. We seek to always be polite, prompt, and efficient.

7. Be Timely

We move at a swift pace which is only tempered by the necessity to be accurate and provide any other parties a reasonable amount of time to complete work products that are necessary for the process at hand to be resolved. This means that we will be pleasantly persistent in keeping any process we are involved in moving forward.
